Considering future tool flexibility, some customers adopt legacy tools (G2–G3) to replace the CX200, leveraging high throughput and high resolution to achieve superior productivity and imaging performance. For special-specification SiC wafers, ChainSEM also possesses the expertise to existing SEMVision systems to meet customer requirements, with five successful cases completed to date.
